Acro Dance is a fun fusion of dance and acrobatics. For this class we use the Acrobatic Arts syllabus that focuses on five different elements; tumbling, limbering, strength, flexibility, and balancing.

-We recommend students take this class in conjunction with a jazz or ballet class.

Acro Class Requirements:

Form fitting workout clothing, we prefer solid color leggings or shorts, and a form fitting tank, tee, or leotard, and no shoes.
